Habits of Mind are dispositions that are skillfully and mindfully employed by characteristically intelligent, successful people when they are confronted with problems, the solutions to which are not immediately apparent.
Mindfulness practice helps to de-clutter, control and relax the mind. It puts us more in control of how and what we feel and when we choose to feel. In this way it can make us more effective and content. In practice it helps us become more resilient.
